After nearly a decade of bringing family-friendly music-focused summer camps to our community, we are thrilled to announce our first ever Musical Theater Camp! Our campers will be working together to put on a performance of Disney’s Cinderella Jr., with each age group focusing on their own interpretation. Our younger group (ages 6 – 9) will work on singing together in groups, acting exercises, and simple choreography, all mixed in with plenty of fun arts & crafts! Their session will end with songs and scenes from the production Cinderella Jr. performed for friends and family. Our older group (ages 10 – 13) will focus on all the aspects of a full musical theater show – auditions, vocal technique, acting and blocking, choreography styles, and set production. Auditions to assign parts will be held the first morning of camp, and the camp will culminate in a 30 min production of Cinderella Jr. We can’t wait to see you and your young actors & actresses this summer!
