MR. JOHN’S
HIGH SCHOOL JAM BAND

Mr. John has directed all kinds of groups over the past decade, but nothing quite like Jam Band! Open to high schoolers who play ANY INSTRUMENT, this rad ensemble will follow in the steps of eclectic groups like Dave Matthews Band and Chicago to create a sound all their own. Our setlist will cover hit songs from the 1960s to the 2020s, with each player having the opportunity to both stand out and support the group. In a band, each player is responsible to carry their own part from song to song, adding up to a greater whole where every role is equally important. Our semester of collaboration will culminate in a concert for friends and family, so register below and get ready to ROCK!

High School Jam Band, directed by Mr. John, meets Mondays from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm and is open to 9th – 12th grade students with at least one year of playing experience. Winter 2027 schedule TBA! Regular tuition for the ten-week semester is $350 and is due by the first rehearsal.
