Casey Morris is currently pursuing her dual undergraduate degree in Music Education and Vocal Performance at West Chester University. She currently studies voice under Randall Scarlata. During her time at West Chester, Casey has been fortunate enough to perform in two high-level chorus groups: Cantari Donne and Mastersingers. In addition to choir, she excitedly pursues performance opportunities such as participating in the NATS regional competition, as well as various opportunities offered through the school of music. This year she is thrilled to be involved in WCU’s Opera Theatre. Casey started singing formally at the age of 8 when she started her journey with The Wilmington Children’s Chorus; a choir that has been acclaimed for excellence in singing, performance, and education. Not long after she began studying private voice with Kimberly Doucette. In high school Casey started studying private piano and continually studies to this day. Prior to college she also participated in the Delaware All-State Chorus for two years, as well as held an internship her junior and senior year of high school with the Wilmington Children’s Chorus. Casey is very passionate and loves music and is thrilled to share that passion with her students at Valotta Studios!
